Joe oversees the Information Technology organization and security guidance for CMI. An innovative IT expert with 20+ years of experience, he has been developing software, applications and complex data solutions throughout his career. Joe specializes in producing cutting-edge reporting capabilities, software solutions, platforms and applications. He also manages all data security for CMI.

Before joining CMI, he worked at ADP, where he led the company’s internal application, business intelligence and analytics teams for more than 12 years.
