There are so many women that will influence future generations.  From a business perspective, I think women like Marie Forleo, Danielle LaPorte, and even our own Brooke Shafer, are proving that success works better for everyone when it’s collaborative, plays to each person’s strengths, and creates an environment you actually want to be a part of.  I respect the rejection by Millennials and Gen Z of the notion that the way to succeed is to step on those around you and take for granted the world you’re creating in the process.  The future is bright and we’re learning through compassionate leadership that it can be a place we all want to live.
