Role: As Founder and President of CMI, Chet provides the strategy, inspiration and vision for the company’s growth. Chet actively consults with clients regarding how to leverage marketing research to achieve sustainable growth as well as being an active participant in the industry.

Laura Caraway
Title: Senior Vice President
Role: Laura applies her extensive expertise in process analysis, market research and operations to ensure expert design and execution of CMI projects. She also serves as a research methods and process consultant to CMI’s research teams.
Education: BS in Business Administration, Boston College and
MBA from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill
Brian Lunde
Title: Senior Vice President, Client Solutions – Customer Experience Practice Leader
Role: With over 20 years of focused work in customer experience (CX) and loyalty, Brian consults with clients to design, implement and apply CX information systems that produce critical insights for business results. Brian brings a client-centered problem-solving approach to maximize the effectiveness of client’s CX measurement and management investments.
Education: MBA from the University of California – Berkeley and a BBA in Information Systems Analysis & Design from the University of Wisconsin – Madison
Steve Flynn
Title: Vice President, Client Solutions
Role: Steve is a senior insights and brand consultant with over twenty years global experience. Working for over a decade in executive management positions, he is passionate about creating value for clients by pursuing the real “why” behind complex business challenges. With extensive experience across a wide variety of B2C and B2B industries, Steve brings a unique set of value-creating skills to client relationships.
Education: MA in Communication from the University of Georgia, and a BS, with minors in psychology and political science, from Florida State University
Will Leopold
Title: Account Director, Life Sciences
Role: Will brings over 10 years of experience managing qualitative and quantitative research projects for domestic and international companies. Will prides himself in his proactive and efficient project and client management and is passionate about developing a deep understanding of market needs, behaviors, and attitudes with the ability to translate these into business opportunities. He is extremely knowledgeable in the therapeutic areas of CNS, immunology, oncology, among many others.
Education: BS in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida
dave-williams Dave Williams
Title: Manager, Technology Services
Role: Dave manages all aspects of Technology Services including software architecture and engineering as well as development functions in designing, maintaining, and releasing software applications.  Through his role, Dave provides thought leadership on emerging topics in the dynamic technology industry both inside and outside the research landscape
Serap Alvarez
Title: Director, Advanced Analytics
Role: Serap Bilis brings an extensive toolset of advanced data analysis techniques to bear on each assignment. She is deeply committed to addressing clients’ objectives and providing insights that truly makes a positive impact on their business results. Serap is experienced in the latest advances in analytical techniques, as well as a contributor to CMI’s method development.
Education: BS degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MS degree with a concentration in Marketing from Georgia State University.
